TERMS OF USE

Thank you for your interest in Nielsen Scholastic Service’s online curriculum program. This letter outlines the agreement between you and The Nielsen Company ("Nielsen," "we," "our") under which you will be using these materials in your course.

To facilitate your teaching of the materials, we will provide you with access to the online curriculum content at no charge. In addition, we will provide a facilitator's section designed for use in conjunction with the student's online curriculum content.

In return, you will direct your students to The Nielsen Company website (www.nielsen.com) where each student participating in your course will purchase an individual subscription to use the materials associated with the online curriculum in accordance with the Data License and User Agreement agreed to as part of the initial login and payment process.

You are reminded, and acknowledge, that the data included in the materials are provided on a licensed basis only, are intended as sample data for illustration purposes only, and are subject to the restrictions and disclaimers included therewith. No part of the materials may be copied, reproduced, or transmitted by any means without our prior written consent.

PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER TO PURCHASE A LICENSE TO ACCESS NIELSEN MEDIA RESEARCH, INC. (“NMR”) DATA OR INFORMATION, THE PERSON ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON HIS/HER OWN BEHALF (“YOU” or “LICENSEE”) MUST CAREFULLY REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT AND INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
